OLV Human Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a dynamic role supporting the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and working in our Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) programs! In this position, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience—from leading the interview and hiring process to delivering impactful training and mentorship. You will collaborate closely with management and Human Resources to ensure compliance with OPWDD standards, maintain accurate training records, and support staff through scheduling and site transitions.
