Our work directly impacts product quality, speed to market, and customer success. As a Design Readiness Engineer, you will play a critical role in preparing new DRAM designs for mass production. You will engage early—well before silicon arrives—to ensure designs are ready for validation, debug, and ramp. This role combines deep technical understanding with strong cross‑functional partnership and offers broad exposure across the DRAM product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in semiconductor or DRAM design, validation, or product engineering
  • Working knowledge of electronic design fundamentals and device schematics
  • Ability to lead technical discussions across multi‑functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting new product introductions from pre‑silicon through ramp
  • Understanding of DRAM design and operation
  • Experience with signal integrity analysis and system‑level behavior
  • Ability to define screens or test mitigations to improve product quality

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre‑silicon design readiness and DFMEA activities to prepare designs for high‑volume manufacturing
  • Partner with Component Validation teams to plan validation and debug silicon findings to meet project timelines
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Verification, Product Architecture, System Compatibility, and Silicon Strategy teams
  • Resolve gaps in validation and production coverage to improve design robustness and quality
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and improving design readiness methods
