About The Position

The (USA) Staff, Data Scientist plays a critical role in leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to deliver actionable business insights. This position involves identifying and validating data sources, developing predictive models, and deploying scalable solutions that align with strategic objectives. The role requires expertise in data strategy, visualization, and coding to translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions. Collaborating across functions, the incumbent supports decision-making processes by providing clear, impactful analyses while mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to data quality and governance standards. Our team develops advanced agentic and chat-based AI solutions to support corporate affairs. We work closely with business partners to design, deploy, and enhance AI applications addressing key initiatives such as environmental responsibility and philanthropic efforts. Leveraging expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning, data strategy, and visualization, the team transforms complex data into actionable insights. Collaboration and innovation drive our approach, enabling us to deliver impactful solutions that align with business goals and promote continuous improvement across various projects.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and data strategy to drive actionable business insights.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau for effective data representation.
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering principles, including data source identification, quality assessment, and database technologies like SQL and NoSQL.
  • Experience in model assessment, validation, and deployment with a focus on accuracy, robustness, and scalability.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • 6 years' experience in an analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, validate, and tune predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable models and monitor their performance in production.
  • Mentor team members on analytical methods, coding best practices, and data storytelling.
