About The Position

The company is building a next-generation cloud platform and AI infrastructure portfolio for workloads including large-scale compute, model training, fine-tuning, inference, and agentic AI applications. Engineering teams are lean, collaborative, and AI-native, using modern tooling and automation. Data Center Software Engineers lead the design, development, configuration, and automation of AI infrastructure clusters. The work begins after servers and racks are installed and spans software deployment, networking, configuration, cluster bring-up, and automation to make the platform operational and ready for customer workloads. This is a hybrid role in the Bellevue, Washington area, with approximately three days per week in the office. Candidates elsewhere in the United States who are open to relocation are encouraged to apply. U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not currently available. The role offers an early opportunity to shape the team's architecture, tooling, and culture, and to work on AI infrastructure at scale, from data center design through GPU clusters to production inference. Competitive base pay for the Bellevue market is offered. Certain roles may also receive merit increases, an annual bonus, and long-term incentives based on individual performance.
