About The Position

This is a foundational role within a newly forming Growth practice at Conga. The position involves building a rigorous analytics and product-led growth program from scratch. The analyst will be responsible for defining key metrics, understanding their significance, and translating insights into actionable strategies. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate complex data into clear narratives, and experience in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment with accountability for growth outcomes. The ideal candidate thinks in systems, speaks in stories, and can shape messy behavioral data into compelling narratives to influence stakeholders, product decisions, and drive measurable results.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in product analytics, growth, or digital adoption — with hands-on ownership of outcomes, not just reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling a PLG program, including trialability, activation, and self-serve growth motions.
  • Expert in Pendo and its core products including Predict, Analytics, and Onboarding.
  • Highly proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Appcues, and Power BI, with the ability to move fluidly between tools depending on the question being asked.
  • Strong data skills: able to define metrics, build dashboards, run cohort analyses, and design experiments independently.
  • Exceptional communication skills — you write clearly, present with confidence, and know how to translate data into a story that drives decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment where influence matters more than authority.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience contributing to a formal design system; designing for enterprise SaaS software.
  • Background in change management or digital adoption strategy.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS as it relates to in-app content customization.

Responsibilities

  • Be the internal authority on Pendo capabilities; stay current on product releases, advocate for best practices, and support team members in building analytics fluency.
  • Communicate findings and program progress to stakeholders across leadership, product, and engineering — clearly, consistently, and with business context front and center.
  • Contribute to and help shape Conga's digital analytics and in-app engagement program, including instrumentation strategy, KPI definition, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Analyze user behavior data to surface actionable insights; translate findings into compelling narratives that influence product, UX, and go-to-market decisions.
  • Implement in-app guidance, onboarding flows, and user engagement content using Pendo, with a focus on adoption, activation, and retention.
  • Proactively build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to align on priorities, surface opportunities, and accelerate program impact.
  • Design and run A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to optimize in-app experiences and drive measurable improvements in engagement and conversion.
  • Proactively identify friction points, gaps in adoption, and areas for improvement across the user journey; bring forward recommendations before problems are escalated.
