About The Position

Robinhood is seeking bold thinkers and sharp problem-solvers to join their elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. This role is within the Events pod, part of the broader Creative and Marketing organization, responsible for producing high-impact marketing moments and tentpole events like Hood Summit, Gold Event, and Crypto Event. These events are high-visibility platforms where company strategy and brand storytelling converge, often involving senior leadership. The Events pod is a nimble, cross-disciplinary group of creatives working closely with Program Managers, Product Marketing, and the Events lead. The Staff Creative Producer will be embedded in this team, driving execution across all phases of event production, from pre-production through post-event wrap, ensuring timely, on-brand delivery at a high standard. The role is based in Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, requiring in-person attendance at least 3 days per week, emphasizing the value Robinhood places on in-person collaboration for progress, innovation, and community building.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in creative production or project management, ideally with a focus on live events or integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage high-visibility work with senior stakeholders, including C-level.
  • Deep experience working with creative teams (designers, writers, motion) and understanding how to support their process.
  • Comfortable owning communication across many workstreams and navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
  • Extremely organized, clear communicator, and calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Frame.io, G Suite, and Slack.
  • A love for making order out of chaos—and helping teams do their best work.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain detailed workback schedules, creative trackers, and approval flows.
  • Lead day-to-day creative production and timelines across all event deliverables (including GTM campaigns, Keynote decks, event branding, signage, and more).
  • Own daily communications and weekly status updates across Creative, Marketing, and the broader Events team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MPMs, Legal, PMMs, Comms, and Exec leadership.
  • Act as the main Creative point of contact for external vendors—this includes agencies that help define the event’s look and feel, production vendors handling on-site execution, and partners crafting presentation materials like Keynote slides.
  • Help systematize how we produce events, capturing learnings and building operational playbooks that scale.
  • Create hot sheets, note recaps, and tools that help the team stay aligned and anticipate what’s coming next.
  • Stay three steps ahead—flagging risks early, solving proactively, and keeping all workstreams on track.
