About The Position

The Events pod is part of the broader Creative and Marketing organization and plays a critical role in shaping high-impact marketing moments. They produce tentpole events like Hood Summit, Gold Event, and Crypto Event, designed to engage the community, elevate the brand, and communicate key company narratives. These events are high-visibility platforms where company strategy and brand storytelling converge, regularly involving senior leaders and demanding exceptional creative craft, operational rigor, and attention to detail. The Events pod functions as a nimble, cross-disciplinary group of dedicated creatives working in close partnership with Program Managers, Product Marketing, and the Events lead. This role is embedded within that team as the creative production lead, responsible for driving execution across every phase of the process, from pre-production through post-event wrap, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and at a consistently high bar. This role is based in Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in creative production or project management, ideally with a focus on live events or integrated marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage high-visibility work with senior stakeholders, including C-level
  • Deep experience working with creative teams (designers, writers, motion) and understanding how to support their process
  • Comfortable owning communication across many workstreams and navigating ambiguity
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors
  • Extremely organized, clear communicator, and calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Frame.io, G Suite, and Slack
  • A love for making order out of chaos—and helping teams do their best work

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain detailed workback schedules, creative trackers, and approval flows
  • Lead day-to-day creative production and timelines across all event deliverables (including GTM campaigns, Keynote decks, event branding, signage, and more)
  • Own daily communications and weekly status updates across Creative, Marketing, and the broader Events team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MPMs, Legal, PMMs, Comms, and Exec leadership
  • Act as the main Creative point of contact for external vendors—this includes agencies that help define the event’s look and feel, production vendors handling on-site execution, and partners crafting presentation materials like Keynote slides
  • Help systematize how we produce events, capturing learnings and building operational playbooks that scale
  • Create hot sheets, note recaps, and tools that help the team stay aligned and anticipate what’s coming next
  • Stay three steps ahead—flagging risks early, solving proactively, and keeping all workstreams on track
