About The Position

AICA Orthopedics is Georgia's largest integrated orthopedic network, comprising 21 clinics, 3 surgery centers, and over 45 chiropractors. In this role, you will practice alongside orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, anesthesiologists, and physical therapists, providing injury-focused, evidence-based care. We are actively hiring across the Metro Atlanta area and in Macon, Gainesville, Athens, and Winder. These are growth positions as we plan to open 3-5 new clinics in 2026 and are building the teams to staff them. With 21 clinics throughout Georgia, there is likely a location close to where you live.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited program with certification for therapeutic modalities — new graduates welcome.
  • Georgia chiropractic license (or eligibility).
  • Strong orthopedic and neurological examination skills; proficiency with all standard joint and spine orthopedic tests.
  • Solid x-ray competency and working knowledge of MRI/CT interpretation in a PI context.
  • Familiarity with personal injury and third-party liability service liens preferred.
  • Ability to make sound clinical decisions quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong communicator and team player — comfortable working with staff, licensed providers, and executive leadership.
  • Willingness to travel between AICA clinic locations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive orthopedic and neurological evaluations, including joint and spine testing, neurological packages, and detailed patient histories.
  • Take, review, and interpret x-rays; order and evaluate advanced imaging (MRI, CT) for sub-acute injury management.
  • Treat, document, and manage all aspects of a patient's care and personal injury case, including PI/third-party liability service liens.
  • Perform chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, manipulation under anesthesia (MUA), cold laser therapy, and concussion protocols.
  • Co-manage complex cases with orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, anesthesiologists, and physical therapists.
  • Maintain clinic schedule: Mon/Thu 9:30a–7p, Tue/Wed 9a–6p, Fri 9a–5p; rotating weekend shifts.
  • Occasional travel to nearby AICA locations for coverage as needed — typically within 30-45 minutes of your home clinic.
  • Partner with the practice manager to maintain a clean, safe, and well-staffed clinic environment.
