We’re looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst, People Systems (HR Technology) to be our lead business technology partner with the People Team and drive evolution of our HR technology stack. This role is a blend of business analyst, system administrator, and project manager focused on our core HR platforms and connected systems (HRIS, ATS, learning and related systems). You will partner closely with the People Team, IT Teams, and other stakeholders to define business requirements, design, deliver and maintain solutions that improve employee and manager experiences, streamline HR operations, and provide trustworthy people data for decision-making. This is a Staff-level individual contributor role with high ownership, broad cross-functional impact, and hands-on execution expectations. This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in New York, Boston, or the EST US timezone.
