The Staff Business Application is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Oracle EBS System and other sub-systems in the Finance function. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Application and is part of the OEIS Finance team located in Brea, California and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Conduct business process analysis, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Works with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate application or configuration solutions. Solicits, develops, documents and manages requirements and provides detailed design and business processes to support the requirements throughout the project lifecycle up to and through change control. Reviews system test plans and system tests applications to ensure successful test cycles. Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) and training.
