Requirements
- Juris Doctor - Required
- Law License - State Bar Upon Hire - Required
- 2 years Work related to healthcare or healthcare specific training. - Preferred
- TRAVEL IS REQUIRED: Up to 20%

Responsibilities
- Provide legal representation and contract reviews.
- Review all legal issues.
- Assist in preparing responses to government agencies and other legal requests.
- Review regulatory and legal issues for Corporation, as requested by employed Corporate attorneys.
- Review proposed contracts for Corporation, as requested by employed Corporate attorneys.
- Assist in the preparation of responses to government agencies and other legal requests.
