Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy, a nonprofit provider of civil legal assistance to low-income people in the Charlotte region, seeks a part-time Custody Advocacy Program Staff Attorney and Coordinator. The Custody Advocacy Program (CAP) is designed to assist children involved in high conflict custody and visitation disputes by providing structured, child-centered advocacy in complex custody cases. This role supports the coordination of volunteer support, which is increasingly urgent as more parents navigate custody disputes without representation. The role does not generally involve direct representation in court.
