About The Position
We are seeking a Compassionate Staff Associate to join our team in a supportive residential living facility for women. This rewarding role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others build the skills, confidence, and independence needed for successful independent living. As a Staff Associate, you will play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and structured environment. You will provide daily supervision and support to residents, encourage positive growth, and assist with household operations that keep the home running smoothly. From helping with meals and recreational activities to maintaining records and monitoring medication distribution, your work will directly contribute to the well-being and success of the women we serve.
Requirements

- Successful completion of a background check upon offer of employment
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent supervision and promote the safety and welfare of residents
- Assist with household cleaning and upkeep as directed by the Program Director
- Prepare meals and support residents in meal planning and preparation
- Monitor and document medication distribution accurately
- Maintain records of house activities and complete shift-change reports
- Support residents during recreational activities and community outings
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the program
