This position is for an individual who will learn how to effectively carry out and manage Young Life ministry through both formal training and direct field ministry experience. Young Life requires all employees to sign a Statement of Faith and adhere to its principles, which include professing belief in Jesus Christ and ministering as a servant of God. Employees are expected to fulfill ministry functions, refrain from conduct that detracts from biblical standards, and abide by all Young Life policies. The role involves spiritual development, leadership development, resource development, direct ministry, and ministry support. Training is a significant component, including core training phases and potential regional training. A college degree is preferred.
