About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Staff Analyst to join our 737 Fulfillment Northline team in Everett, Washington. In this role, you will provide comprehensive business support to organizational leadership while helping drive employee initiatives and strategic alignment with executive leaders. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in facilitating key meetings, managing staffing plans, and contributing to project execution. Our team is currently hiring a Level 4 (Senior) Staff Analyst.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Operations
  • 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and/or managing projects for Senior Leadership
  • 5+ years of experience with managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 5+ years of experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools
  • 3+ years of experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
  • 3+ years of experience leading the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations.
  • Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture.
  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
  • Develops executive level briefings.
  • Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
  • Leads the development and deployment of training content.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training.
