Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance required (U.S. Citizenship mandatory)
  • Level 4: 5+ years of experience in administrative coordination, project support, or staff analyst roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant business tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting senior management and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Level 5: 10+ years of experience in administrative coordination, project support, or staff analyst roles
  • Experience working within aerospace, defense, or related industries
  • Knowledge of Boeing-specific tools, systems, and processes
  • Proven experience in process improvement and change management initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex projects
  • Familiarity with records and information management programs

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to all managers and over 1,000 members within the Electronics Capability team
  • Oversee Space Electronics Lab access control for more than 600 employees across 16 labs and 25 badge readers covering approximately 100,000 square feet
  • Develop and maintain the Electronics One Boeing website as well as websites for New Business Production Engineering and Programs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Transformed Records and Information Management Program
  • Manage and control Electronics office supply points of use
  • coordinate Boeing 5S activities
  • act as the Iron Mountain liaison
  • coordinate interviews and oversee building facility maintenance and IT tools and services
  • Manage all S24 and S25 conference rooms
  • Maintain time away information including vacation travel and off-site status for the entire Space Electronics Capability organization
  • Act as a travel delegate
  • Provide general administrative support including event and meeting coordination
  • serve as backup to the Chief of Staff as needed
