About The Position

Boeing Global Services is seeking an Experienced Staff Analyst to join our C-17 International Field Services and Sustainment team in Warner Robins, GA. This role involves developing plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives, and providing data for management review and performance tracking. The analyst will also coordinate and assess the architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings, conduct research, analyze data from multiple sources, and evaluate strategic organizational issues to identify options. Additionally, the position requires strategic design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings/events, development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets, monitoring execution, and communicating status. The role also includes planning and coordinating organizational facility requirements, developing and deploying localized training content, assisting in budget management as a Cost Account Manager, and interfacing with US government security for access.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules and calendars
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • 3+ years of experience providing support to multiple customers such as vice presidents, directors, and managers
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangements
  • Experience utilizing organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
