Position Overview We are seeking a Staff Action Coordinator to support tasking, workflow, and governance meeting management for the Air National Guard (ANG) Executive Secretariat/Staff Action Control Office (SACO). This role manages the ANG electronic tasking environment (ETMS2/ETS) and keeps senior leadership's governance calendar, correspondence, and records running on schedule. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, comfort working in a high-volume tasking environment, and the ability to coordinate across multiple SharePoint- and Teams-based workflow tools. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing tasker workflow, correspondence control, and governance meeting coordination in a DoD or federal environment.
  • Experience coordinating meetings and distributing time-sensitive materials to senior stakeholders.
  • Must have active SECRET clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • ETMS2/SharePoint workflow experience a plus.
  • Air National Guard (ANG) or National Guard Bureau (NGB) workflow management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Action (identify, accept/reject, route, or complete) new ETMS2/ETS tasks within one business day of assignment to ANG Workflow queues.
  • Monitor SharePoint-based workflow tools (TNT, Microsoft Teams) for new tasks and transfer them into ETMS2 as needed to complete staffing requirements.
  • Maintain the governance meeting calendar, attendee lists, and RSVP tracking; confirm VTC/SVTC/TSVTC scheduling and General Officer participation ahead of each session.
  • Identify and assign OPRs/OCRs for governance meetings; distribute digital read-ahead materials to OPRs, OCRs, and senior leaders per need-to-know.
  • Facilitate governance meeting preparatory sessions, including conference room preparation and administrative support.
  • Maintain the ANG document repository and digital archive of governance meeting materials.
  • Conduct and/or attend Office of the Director, Air National Guard (ODANG) and Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) staff meetings and working groups; monitor and assist with management of ODANG/ANGRC SharePoint webpages and workflow POC rosters.
