This role involves assisting the Controller and Assistant Controller with the management of accounting staff and the department. Responsibilities include daily tasks such as handling ad hoc requests, approving Concur expense reports, and improving processes. Monthly duties include preparing general ledger account reconciliations, maintaining prepaid accounts, assisting with job costing, and calculating/paying commissions. Annually or occasionally, the role will support audits by third-party CPAs and regulatory agencies, file business occupation licenses and personal property tax returns, and assist with financial projects.
