About The Position

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant will perform traditional accounting duties, account reconciliations and duties related to monthly accounting close.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of CDK/ADP
• Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable and Corporate Credit Card Administration
• Extensive knowledge of Manufacture, Bank and F/P reconciliations
• Extensive knowledge of Sales Tax Returns
• Extensive knowledge in Automotive Billing
• Extensive knowledge of CIT/ Banking Reports
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Working knowledge of dealership financial statements
• Working knowledge of most accounting office positions
• Working knowledge of positive pay
• Working knowledge of finance reserves
• Minimum of a High School diploma required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook is required

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of dealership accounting experience is preferred
