About The Position

Under the general supervision of the Controller and Senior Accountant, the Staff Accountant is responsible for preparing journal entries, entering invoice transactions, account reconciliations, data analysis and other tasks as may be assigned. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years general accounting experience required.
• Experience with, Excel & Word is required.
• Reliable means of transportation for onsite and off-site work.
• If using a personal vehicle to drive for work purposes, a valid CA driver license and current auto insurance in compliance with the minimum requirements of CA vehicle code are required.

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) to four (4) year degree in accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Acumatica is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of journal entries for month end close process.
• Monthly Account Reconciliations.
• Invoice processing into our accounting system.
• Analyze and research transactions.
• Log, review and reconcile Clinic Day Sheets.
• Provide back-up support to Accounts Payable Department.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by Controller.
