As a Staff Accountant, you will join our Accounting Team in our Westfield Headquarters, where you’ll play a key role in supporting and delivering projects across a variety of responsibilities. Our accounting team keeps the business running smoothly through financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, project accounting, bank reconciliations, and monthly close support. Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
2–3 years of accounting experience in a company setting
Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts and controls
Comfort learning accounting systems, working in Excel, and researching discrepancies
Ability to manage details and deadlines and communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients
Curiosity, follow-through, accuracy, and a customer service mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience with accounts receivable, collections, project accounting, billing, reconciliations, or month-end close preferred

Responsibilities

Support accounts receivable, collections, project accounting, accounts payable, and general accounting activities
Maintain client and project information, and assist with unit pricing and billing
Follow up on collections and prepare bank reconciliations
Research and set up vendors, and route vendor invoices
Assist with month-end edit checks and close procedures
