About The Position
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant. This role will focus on uploading journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts while supporting the accounting team during this transition period.
Requirements
- Experience with NetSuite or strong ERP experience with the ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables (must-have).
Responsibilities
- Upload journal entries into NetSuite
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Support the accounting team with general ledger tasks as needed.
