Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
Recent graduate or up to one year of accounting experience.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Internship or part-time accounting experience.
Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or other ERP systems is a plus.
CPA eligibility or plans to pursue CPA certification are encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Assist with payroll support and expense reporting.
Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Assist with audits by gathering documentation and preparing schedules.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
