Requirements
- 3–5 years of full cycle accounting experience as a Staff Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 year in a manufacturing accounting role or similar operational environment
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting
- Experience with an ERP system (experience in Macola is a bonus, but not required)
- Comfortable with manual accounting processes for GL

Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the general ledger and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform daily accounting tasks with debits/credits and reconciliations to support month end, quarter end, and year end close.
- Support financial close processes, including account analysis and documentation.
- Collaborate with the broader accounting team (AR, AP, Assistant Controller) to improve processes and controls.
- Work with ERP and Excel to track, analyze, and report financial data.
- Contribute to documentation and refinement of accounting procedures as the team evolves.
- Provide insights and assistance that help improve financial reporting and operational transparency.
