Requirements

2–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in healthcare or a corporate setting.
Ability to handle the complexities of managing accounts for multiple sets of books.
Advanced Excel skills and a passion for embracing AI and new accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Associate’s degree with relevant experience considered).
Exceptional accuracy, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books by preparing and posting journal entries for multiple companies.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including complex bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
Process A/P & A/R transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to help drive business decisions.
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and meticulous documentation.
Utilize our advanced software suite and AI-driven tools to automate routine tasks and enhance reporting accuracy.
Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines).
