Requirements

Minimum 1 year in related accounting position
Proficient in Excel
Understanding of financial processes and internal controls
Ability to meet regular deadlines and prioritize appropriately as necessary
Solid communication, writing and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as well as in a group setting
Dedicated to excellence and is a detailed oriented person
Self-starter with willingness to work hands-on

Nice To Haves

Restaurant365 experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Accounts payable will be a major weekly focus
Review and Approve Invoices entered by location Managers
Data and Invoice entry into accounting software (Restaurant365)
Create and upload epayments, as well as issue checks for manual payments
Assist with full cycle accounting/month end close process for 4-6 restaurant/bar locations.
Bank Reconciliations
Account Reconciliations
Revenue and Profit & Loss Reviews
Work with various departments to obtain supporting information
Help to analyze accounting results, investigate variances and document findings
Support the financial reporting processes and communication of results
Help ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures
