About The Position

Four Corners Taphouse, a new, dynamic, and elevated sports bar by Westside Concepts, is seeking experienced bartenders with confidence and passion for the job. We are a locally owned and operated company that takes pride in our work and values our employees. Our bartenders are responsible for ensuring guests have the best possible service and experience, going beyond just service with a smile to 'Wow' our guests with exceptional hospitality. We are looking for fun, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join our team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-paced restaurant.
• High-level alcohol knowledge.
• Safe food handling and food safety knowledge.
• Strong Teamwork culture.
• Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• Must be available nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Strong beer knowledge.
• Breakfast experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive the best service and experience.
• Provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Handle guest concerns and communicate them to the Manager.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and up-selling skills.
• Customize guests' experiences.
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
• Perform side work.
• Adhere to food safety standards.
