We are asking you to be an integral part of a multi-million dollar company. As a Staff Accountant at Elmington Affordable, you will support the financial reporting and accounting functions of Elmington's corporate lines of business. This position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and working collaboratively across departments to ensure the financial integrity of our assets.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly draw packages for funding requests for projects under development
- Preparation of monthly financials for projects under development
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
- Develop an intimate knowledge of assigned portfolio
- Reconciles monthly bank statements and has responsibility for cash management
- Maintains investor confidence and protects operations by maintaining confidentiality
- Assists with year-end reporting including, but not limited to annual filings, audits, and tax returns
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls and promoting ethical environment
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
