The A.C.Coy company has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Staff Accountant to join a growing CPA firm committed to delivering high-quality accounting and advisory services to a diverse client base. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of public accounting experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related
- 1+ years of public accounting experience (will consider internships)
- High attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with accounting and tax software (Thomson Reuters)
Responsibilities
- Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and/or fiduciary tax returns
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist in audit, review, and compilation engagements
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and resolve issues
- Support senior team members on various clients
