Requirements

• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
• Experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Clearly define and implement accounting policies and procedures to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial systems and processes.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Effectively communicate financial information to internal stakeholders and contribute to decision-making processes.
