As a Staff Accountant on our Tax Team, you’ll be helping real clients and grow your confidence one return at a time. Requirements
- A Bachelor’s in Accounting
- Strong communication skills (Writing and Speaking).
- Tech-savvy with tools such as Excel & Word.
- A curious, motivated learner who’s ready to roll up their sleeves.

Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with teammates to prepare tax returns for a variety of individuals and businesses.
- Analyze financial information and tax documents to identify issues, research tax questions, and connect the dots.
- Build your tax knowledge through hands-on experience, ongoing training, and mentorship from experienced tax professionals.
- Develop your technical skills using platforms such as Excel, CCH Axcess Tax, Engagement, and other tax software.
- Prepare accurate, high-quality work while meeting deadlines and following professional and industry standards.
