Requirements

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, or related field
  • Experience with grant or fiscal program management

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining systems to track grants and contracts in compliance with state, federal, and agency requirements
  • Managing financial processes including drawdowns, expense reporting, and monthly financial tracking
  • Supporting post-award grant activities, including budget monitoring and corrections
  • Processing payments to subcontractors and reconciling financial activity
  • Preparing and maintaining fiscal reports for partner agencies and programs
  • Assisting with grant close-outs and annual budget preparation
  • Serving as a financial resource for program staff, partners, and stakeholders
