Stadium Operations Crew (Nu Stadium)
About The Position
Inter Miami CF is seeking part-time Operations Crew members to support the Facilities and Operations Department at Nu Stadium. The role supports event setup, execution, teardown, changeovers, and daily operational tasks at the stadium and training facility. Work hours are based on the event schedule and may vary. The position requires manual labor, including lifting 50+ pounds and walking for extended periods, and the ability to work non-traditional hours and in non-traditional settings as part of a team. Applicants must have ongoing U.S. work authorization without requiring current or future visa sponsorship and must pass a pre-employment background check. Requirements
- Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform manual labor duties and tasks.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours and in non-traditional settings within a team atmosphere.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and walk for extended periods.
- Must have permanent and ongoing U.S. work authorization and must not require work visa sponsorship from Inter Miami CF now or in the future.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Nice To Haves
- Past employment or internship experience in game operations or facility management.
- Bilingual applicants are preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the execution of stadium and training facility events and games, including setup and post-event breakdown.
- Assist with facility maintenance, upkeep, and organization.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
