About The Position

The Stacking Hall Operator stacks filled cases onto pallets safely and according to pallet configuration specifications. The role also includes keeping the work area clean and organized, attending morning Start Up meetings, documenting pallet quantities and times, and conducting inventory counts as needed. Other duties may be assigned by the Supervisor.

The successful employee is self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, able to solve problems, and able to stay on task while adapting to changing priorities and workloads. On-the-job training is provided. The position involves frequent standing and movement, repetitive hand and wrist motions, operating machinery or power tools, and regularly adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds. The work environment may include low temperatures, hazardous conditions, poor ventilation, and small or enclosed spaces.

• Remove filled cases from the case sealer conveyor and stack them on pallets according to pallet configuration specifications.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Attend morning Start Up meetings.
• Document the amount by pallet and time.
• Perform inventory counts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
