About The Position

This role involves stacking raw materials according to specific diagrams and SOPs, moving pallets to a staging area, and assisting in maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The position requires strong communication and teamwork skills, a willingness to adapt to change, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. The Stacker works collaboratively with another stacking operator, with provisions for additional help if needed.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Meets all job specific education requirements as deemed necessary.
Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in Warehouse/Shipping and Receiving.
Ability to perform each key responsibility in a satisfactory manner through individual effort or effective and appropriate collaboration.

Responsibilities

Using a SOP, stack raw materials according to diagram on pallets
Move pallets to staging area.
Assist in safety/sanitation in maintaining a safe/clean work area.
Demonstrate the ability for communication, verbally and written, along with good listening skills.
Demonstrate the ability to work well with others and possess good team building skills.
Use time wisely, willing to accept change, and initiate self and team development.
Complete work under safe operating procedures.
Provide input as appropriate regarding safety.
Ensure working conditions are safe and enforce safety requirements.
Provide input on safety reviews.
Maintain clean work environment and support 5 S standards.
