Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times
Develop specific goals and plans for prioritizing, organizing, and accomplishing individual work and/or the work of the team
Working as part of a coordinated effort with others to achieve a common goal
The ability to give full attention to what others are saying and communicating information so the others will understand
Being proactive in seeking out work that needs to be done and being willing to take on responsibilities and challenges

Nice To Haves

Experience operating heavy equipment, forklifts, overhead cranes, shag truck, etc.

Responsibilities

Operating a shag truck to assist with loading and moving trailers
Working closely with the Loader to ensure trailers are properly loaded
Securing loads once the loading process is complete
Spotting for teammates during loading to ensure safety
Pulling loaded trailers
Handling various tasks to support the shipping team
Assisting in other areas of the division as needed
Initiating, leading, and upholding safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times
