About The Position
The Eufaula Fresh Plant is seeking a 1st Shift Stacker Labor employee. This role is responsible for retrieving pallets, stacking cases onto pallets according to product codes, verifying case dates, and assembling boxes. The position requires proper stacking of product, maintaining accurate case counts, assisting the Palletizer with production material stocking, and performing other assigned duties by the supervisor. Adherence to all safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements is mandatory. Employees may be required to perform all positions of rotation if applicable.
Requirements
- Ability to flex/grip with wrists/hands
- Ability to walk, bend, squat, stand, and repetitively lift up to 100lb boxes from floor level up to a height of 7ft, every 30-60 seconds
- Ability to perform basic math functions (adding, subtracting, multiplying, etc) with use of calculator
Responsibilities
- Stacking product properly and maintaining accurate case counts
- Assist Palletizer in keeping all packing material needed for production stocked on production floor
- Perform any other work as assigned by Supervisor
- Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF Requirements
- Must perform all positions of rotation if applicable
