About The Position

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Applicants will be considered for openings in the harvest room department. Tasks include: Processing live chickens to maintain a full production line. Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are requirements of the position. This position requires working in cold, damp, hot, dusty, and humid environments with wet, slippery surfaces. Must be able to complete required training. Must be able to perform the duties of the position.

Must be able to complete required training.
Must be able to perform the duties of the position.
Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species (chickens, ducks, birds, etc.).
Must be willing to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity and Company Animal Welfare Guidelines.
Will be trained to recognize and comply with all Safety procedures.
Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild or exotic fowl species while employed by Tyson.
No jewelry may be worn on the jobsite except for medical ID jewelry.
