About The Position

The Stacker Labor position is responsible for stacking finished product boxes onto pallets according to product specifications while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures. This role supports production flow by ensuring products are properly handled, organized, and prepared for shipment. This position is part of a production team supporting poultry processing operations. The successful candidate must be able to perform all job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. All applicants must provide their government identification number so the system can verify any previous Tyson employment history. This facility will not accept applicants that have worked for Tyson Foods more than 3 times. This facility accepts rehires after 365 days.

Responsibilities

Stack finished product boxes (up to 50 lbs.) onto pallets in an organized and efficient manner.
Ensure proper labeling (including SLAP labels) and verify code dates on all boxes.
Arrange boxes based on product specifications, including proper “high and tie” stacking patterns.
Cap completed pallets with liners and wrap pallets securely for shipping.
Assist in preparing pallets for transport to shipping or storage areas.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, removing debris and maintaining production flow.
Support production line by ensuring materials and components are available as needed.
Follow all company safety, food safety, GMP, and quality standards.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
