About The Position

The Stacker Labor position is responsible for stacking finished product boxes onto pallets according to product specifications while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures. This role supports production flow by ensuring products are properly handled, organized, and prepared for shipment. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. This facility will not accept applicants that have worked for Tyson Foods more than 3 times. This facility accepts rehires after 365 days. Certain roles at Tyson require background checks. Responsibilities

  • Stack finished product boxes (up to 50 lbs.) onto pallets in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Ensure proper labeling (including SLAP labels) and verify code dates on all boxes.
  • Arrange boxes based on product specifications, including proper “high and tie” stacking patterns.
  • Cap completed pallets with liners and wrap pallets securely for shipping.
  • Assist in preparing pallets for transport to shipping or storage areas.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, removing debris and maintaining production flow.
  • Support production line by ensuring materials and components are available as needed.
  • Follow all company safety, food safety, GMP, and quality standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
