About The Position

The Marination Attendant Labor team member is responsible for supporting the marination process by preparing, monitoring, and maintaining marination equipment and ingredients used in poultry production. This position plays a key role in ensuring products meet Tyson Foods' quality, food safety, and customer specifications. Team members must work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accurate product handling and process controls.

Responsibilities

Prepare and mix marinades according to established formulas and production specifications.
Monitor marination equipment to ensure proper operation and product flow.
Load ingredients, seasonings, and additives into marination systems as directed.
Verify correct product weights, marinade levels, and processing times.
Inspect products throughout the marination process to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate production and ingredient records as required.
Assist with setup, changeovers, and adjustments of marination equipment.
Follow all food safety, quality assurance, USDA, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
Clean and sanitize marination equipment, workstations, tools, and surrounding work areas.
Report equipment malfunctions, product concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Work closely with production team members to maintain efficient product flow and meet production goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
