About The Position

Bethel Farms is a family-owned company with over 4,500 acres of turfgrass production in Florida. Its mission is “Honoring God, growing better everyday.” The company is hiring a Stacker / Farm Laborer to work on its sod farm. The role involves stacking sod on pallets, taking turns driving a sod harvester, and performing labor duties as needed, including mowing, watering, seeding, cleaning, and other responsibilities.

Requirements

• Punctuality, dependability, and respect.
• Ability to perform labor duties.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work well with others.

Nice To Haves

• One year of stacking experience.

Responsibilities

• Stack sod efficiently and effectively at an acceptable speed.
• Take turns with the stacker team safely driving the sod harvester.
• Perform labor duties such as watering, seeding, or cleaning.
• Operate additional machinery as needed.
• Attend all safety tailgate meetings.
• Represent the company professionally.
