About The Position

JENNMAR Services is hiring a Stacker Associate for a climate-controlled manufacturing plant, J-Lok Corp, in Earlington, KY. This is an entry-level position focused on physical tasks related to the storage and shipment of resin cartridges for roof support systems in the mining and tunneling industries. The employee may also engage in training-level tasks under supervision, including operator and/or maintenance technician duties for resin cartridge production. General workspace cleaning may also be required to maintain a safe and efficient plant operation.

Requirements

Dependability to be consistently at work and on time with ability to work rotating shifts
Listening, verbal, and written communications skills to accurately follow directives
Basic math skills including knowledge of fractions and decimals
Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines when handling raw chemical materials, finished product, or machinery and/or equipment
A “Team” mentality with a quality assurance/safety oriented mindset
Repetitive standing and/or bending capability during normal phase duties
Near/far vision, and multiple-limb coordination
Manual dexterity and occasional moderate/heavy (up to 60 lbs.) lifting capability while performing essential job duties
