About The Position
Indigo Beam is hiring an SSRS and Power BI developer for a client engagement in Houston, TX. This is an onsite role working directly with the client team, with an expected duration of three to six months starting between mid-September and early October.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining SSRS reports
- Strong Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Solid SQL Server and T-SQL background
- Comfortable working onsite and communicating with business stakeholders without heavy hand-holding
- Located in the Houston area or able to be onsite in Houston for the duration of the engagement
Responsibilities
- Build, modify, and troubleshoot SSRS reports against client data sources
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, datasets, and data models
- Work directly with client business users to gather reporting requirements and turn them into working deliverables
- Optimize existing reports and queries for performance and accuracy
