We are looking for a SQL/Reporting Developer with a drive for accuracy, quality, and innovation to create and manage BI and analytics solutions. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team, is process-driven, and appreciates detail.

Requirements

  • SQL development Experience in MS SQL Server
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to interact well with user base, development teams and other technical teams.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle high pressure situations with minimum direction.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing in Reporting application, e.g. – SSRS.
  • Experience developing Power BI (reports and datasets).
  • Knowledge of dashboard/visualization and best practices.
  • Experience in Real Estate preferred.
  • BS/BA in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of BI / Analytics / Reports development experience.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Design and develop custom data analytics solutions (SSRS, Power BI, HighCharts, SQL stored procedures)
  • Works with clients and management to resolve issues and validate reporting requirements.
  • Analyze and resolve SQL data gaps, errors, anomalies, inconsistencies, and redundancies.
  • Support clients with data integrity checks and reconciliation activities.
  • Participate in development projects including user sessions, requirements gathering, and development of functional specifications as required.
