Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Integrator (PI) for the SSIS Program Portfolio and will report directly to that Program Office. The Program Integrator will be responsible for managing the overall program mission integration; cost and schedule alignment; risk and opportunity management; coordination and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners in day-to-day execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; implementation of RLPM best practices. This position will work across all functional organizations domestically across the country. This position will regularly interact with Senior Raytheon Leadership and the Navy. This is an onsite position at one of these location's; Tewksbury or Marlborough, MA, Chesapeake, VA, Tucson, AZ, Huntsville, AL, or San Diego, CA facility. Relocation assistance is NOT available currently.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience
  • Prior experience working cross-functionally and providing leadership support
  • Prior Experience with financial analysis and project management tools and/or systems
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Technologies’ Program Management Certification, Earned Value Certification or equivalent
  • Strong business, ability to quickly analyze and interpret complex pieces of financial and programmatic data
  • Prior experience supporting development, production and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
  • Working knowledge of contract formation and execution
  • Demonstrated experience with contracts management
  • Product lifecycle management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong mentoring skills, both technically and professionally
  • Experience with proposal submittits and gate packages

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily program execution, using Agile planning methodology.
  • Risk / Opportunity reviews, LRE reviews and On time Delivery reviews (OTD).
  • Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, RTX Life Cycle Product Management (RLPM), Corporate and Business policies and procedures
  • Meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations
  • Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, and administrative functions
  • Assist in coordination of customer program reviews; and preparing for customer visits
  • Assist with program proposals, including kickoff packages, status meetings and preparing submit gate package for leadership review
  • Serve as Program Backlog Manager, using the JIRA tool suite.
  • Responsible for coordinating Program Increment planning cycle and assessing program performance.
  • Drive Risk and Opportunity management for predictable program execution
  • Support domestic travel on an as required basis
