About The Position

Raytheon is seeking a Program Integrator. You will be responsible for the integration, coordination & control, and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day-to-day program execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; and the implementation of IOC best practices. This position will be ONSITE, in ANDOVER, MA. No relocation will be be provided.

Requirements

Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Experience with Earned Value Management
Risk & Opportunity experience
Experience with program Estimate at Completions (EACs)
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Experience with cost reduction initiatives
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks to satisfy the needs of the customer and the value stream
Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, communication, writing and presentation skills.
Ability to interact effectively with customers and internal/external team members to include cross functional organizations
Logistics and material management, basic understanding of product sell off (DD250)

Responsibilities

Support the team in meeting program financial goals and customer requirements and expectations
Manage program execution, ongoing review of program metrics, and development and execution of corrective action plans to mitigate impact of internal and external issues
Manage program risks and opportunities
Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Have accountability for performance of the assigned contracts and tasks
Travel to domestic sites as needed
