About The Position

Virtasant is hiring an SRE Support Engineer to support internal developers adopting and troubleshooting a client’s internal compute platform. This hands-on engineering support role focuses on Linux fundamentals and networking, Docker and containerization, and Kubernetes, including internal or private-cloud environments. The engineer will document issues and resolutions, contribute to runbooks and knowledge-base articles, participate in postmortems, collaborate with SRE, Platform, and Engineering teams, and help improve support tools and processes. The role is remote, with candidates located in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Mexico working 8 AM–5 PM Pacific.
