About The Position

The Senior Workday HRIS Analyst supports Brady’s global Human Resources Information System functionality, business processes, and configuration, with a focus on the Human Resources function. The role combines HR functional knowledge with technical understanding of HR systems, particularly Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting. It serves as a technical point of contact for HR systems, supporting employees and HR staff globally.

Requirements

HR functional knowledge combined with technical understanding of HR systems.
Experience or knowledge focused on Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting.
Ability to support HR systems and users at a global level.
Ability to design, build, and test integrations using Workday technologies such as Studio, Extend, EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS, and Workday Web Services.

Responsibilities

Administer Workday Core HCM, including system maintenance, upgrades, and user access, while protecting sensitive HR data.
Partner with HR functional experts to analyze and continuously improve Core HCM, security, and reporting processes in Workday.
Design, build, and test integrations between Workday and internal and external systems.
Analyze Workday integration processes and make updates to improve business workflows.
Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, security, process efficiency, and accessibility through systems implementation, configuration, administration, and user training.
Perform basic HR systems configuration; generate monthly metrics; analyze and interpret report data; investigate root causes; and collaborate with HR team members on solutions.
Support and promote adoption of global best practices and standards.
Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues; keep end-users informed of status; and ensure outstanding issues are addressed promptly.
Support timely and accurate processing of vendor file feeds in alignment with security and reporting specifications.
Oversee Workday security configuration, including user roles and permissions, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Stay current on HRIS trends and develop application and tools knowledge through user groups, training, or other mechanisms.
